Real Estate
City of Mississauga - Dundas Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Mississauga East
Schmeler Consulting Group’s negotiations and property acquisition team has been providing property services to support the Dundas BRT Mississauga East Project. Funded through the Investment in Canada Infrastructure Program (ICIP) by the Federal and Provincial governments, in partnership with the City of Mississauga. This project is estimated to cost approximately $300M. Construction is expected to begin in 2025.
